Vijay Davar

Vijay Davar currently manages M&A activity at Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Davar has acted as co-founder, chairman, advisor, and marketing director for several startup companies, some of which have grown to over $200M including IPO. Mr. Davar served as a General Manager at Texas Instruments with departments in India and France. Prior to his work with Texas Instruments, he served as a Division Manager at Advanced Micro Devices and as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Motorola.

Dan Cermak

Dan Cermak staffed and managed an international ASIC design team and led the team through acquisition by Intel Corporation. At Intel, Mr. Cermak is the lead architect for the XML hardware acceleration technology and a key contributor to the overall server acceleration strategy. Mr. Cermak also led the Austin design center to delivery of the first generation XML hardware acceleration technology. Mr. Cermak has 10 patents for his work in hardware acceleration, systems, and microprocessors.
